Tracy is a very understanding and "warm" counselor. She gave me good amount pieces of advice on how to address marital issues. I feel quite happy after the session and hopeful.

It has been about 3 weeks of therapy. with my therapist Tracy Dowding. So far so good. She listens to me, understands my issues, have started to work on the issues by discussing how to think about them, and through homeworks between the sessions. I look forward to the sessions with Tracy. I feel she is able to help me make long term positive changes.

My experience with Tracy has flowed effortlessly. She is understanding and makes me feel comfortable expressing myself. This was my first time speaking to someone professionally, and I am grateful I took this step. Our timeline's didn't line up originally either, but she made time to accommodate me and fit me into her schedule anyway. Thankful for BetterHelp and for Tracy!
