I now had the first few sessions with Tom and I appreciate the open and easy conversation with him very much. He is getting the point very quickly and is giving me the room to speak while always trying to put everything into perspective. I like that he always has the big picture in mind and knows when to go into detail. I feel safe speaking my mind in the calls with Tom. He is also very flexible in the focus for the session, which I personally value much.
