I always look forward to my sessions with Elizabeth. It never feels like therapy. It feels like just talking with a friend and getting advice. Elizabeth has a way about her that even those hard to talk about topics, the ones that have been suppressed for a very long time, are easier to cope with and I can look at them from different angles and start the work I need to I’m order to get through them. She responds quickly to messages and checks on me in time of my need. I’m extremely happy to have found such a great therapist.

I am constantly growing during my time meeting with Elizabeth. Having a chronic illness, it’s hard to not beat myself up for the things I’m unable to do. Elizabeth has helped me get to the core of the shame and allow my body to “tell me” what it needs. I’m very thankful I got paired wit her.
