I have over a decade of experience doing psychotherapy. I utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to help individuals overcome emotional and behavioral problems.
I provide a stable and healthy therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. Through this relationship, I create a safe and supportive space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without judgment or criticism. In addition, I strive to work with individuals to develop healthier thinking patterns, improve self-awareness, and reduce emotional distress.
