This was my first time trying therapy, and I'm glad I chose David. He's an awesome bloke, a great listener and very knowledgeable. He taught me some techniques to help me through a rough patch, super simple and effective I'm forever grateful. If you choose David rest assured your in good hands.

David was incredibly personable and kind. Every second of our sessions together I felt he had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend David as a therapist.

David seems to just get it. I’m not the best at explaining and yet he understands and provides valuable input. He seems to know things which I don’t even realise about myself. He helps me connect the dots and provides valuable methods for overcoming difficult situations including anxiety, self confidence, co-dependency, decision making, etc. I feel I’ve made more progress with him in 3 weeks than I have with others in years.

Starting therapy was the best decision I could make. When I first signed up it felt like I was finally grabbing on to that life line that was hanging above my head that would help pull me out of the deep hole I was stuck in for so many months.

Being able to message David about all my concerns and not get judged or receive quick advice but rather feel like we are really working towards uncovering why I feel the way I feel has been tremendously helpful to deal with all the things I got going on in my life. It's such an amazing feeling to know there is someone that you can speak to about everything and that will always be there and listen.

David tailors his approach to meet me exactly where I am at that day and is very flexible with what we work through depending on how I am feeling that day. He is honest and straightforward which I appreciate very much and I feel very well supported.
