Rhiannon Steele, BACP
About me
I am a qualified psychotherapist from the UK, and a registered member of the BACP.
I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and positive change.
In our sessions, I believe in the power of collaboration. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing environment where you can freely express your thoughts, feelings, and emotions without judgment. By providing this open space, we can delve into your experiences and gain a deeper understanding of who you are and what drives you.
My primary goal is to support you in finding the necessary resources from within yourself to facilitate personal growth and healing. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life, and my role is to be a compassionate and attentive companion on your path of self-exploration.
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, and personal development. However, my particular passion lies in the fascinating field of psychoneuroimmunology. I am deeply intrigued by the impact trauma has on the body and the intricate ways in which trauma communicates through the psyche, neurological system, and immune system.
In addition to trauma, I have valuable experience in assisting clients with various challenges, including but not limited to depression, issues related to self-esteem, relationship concerns, chronic illness, neurodivergence and grief.
Through our sessions, I aim to assist you in identifying your inner strengths and resources to navigate life's difficulties and create positive changes. My goal is to empower you on your journey towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.
Feel free to reach out to schedule a session or to ask any questions you may have. Together, we can work towards uncovering your strengths, fostering self-awareness, and empowering you to make positive changes in your life. If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Rhiannon is like the best friend I never had, she can tell you anything that you need to hear and listens to everything and does not judge. She see's things which I don't and makes you believe in yourself. I encourage anyone to ask for help and reach out the Rhiannon. She is a life saver.

Rhiannon has been open, welcoming and patient with me whilst I work through opening up and delving into my past traumas.
At no point have I felt that I needed to say something if I didn't feel comfortable.
When words fail me, I'm able to be blunt and honest without the need for a filter
