About me
Ability to ask and be able to accept support is one of the bravest and responsible things you can do as you maybe have thinking about therapy for a while as you find difficult to cope with what is going on in your life.
Each one of us have our own unique reasons what brings us to seek professional help, feeling stressed, anxious, depressed or exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck, resentful or angry or maybe afraid to say no, wanting to keep everybody happy.
People, who seek my support often find themselves making decisions worrying of others opinions of them and not wanting to upset or disappoint. Others experience challenges in their personal or professional relationship issues, want to improve thier assertiveness and boundaries skills, find a ways to cope with grief and loss, wanting to improve the quality of their life.
With my extensive experience I support my clients feeling worthy, confident and empowered as they gain new awareness and perspectives by understanding their issue better, developing new skills and tools to manage their emotional well-being and life’s challenges with more resilience and success, focusing on changes they would like to make.
When you book initial 45-min session, we will explore in more depth your challenges, your hopes and dreams- both for therapy and for life- and focus on changes you would like to make.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and at your own pace. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage.

Working Inese has been very opening to someone who has a hard time to express and open up. She was able to help slowly feel comfortable to keep peeling back layers that I didn’t want to face but she made it safe to do so and was very supportive. She has changed my life and I am forever grateful

I have been working with Inese for a couple of months now. She is patient, always listens attentively and gives guidance to help deal with issues I'm facing. Our sessions have helped me greatly, even over a short period of time, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My initial experience is that she's very professional and timely. My only concern is that I've had to ask her to explain a question again due to a language barrier, but I will continue with her despite this. If 9.8/10 was a possible grade, I would give that in a heartbeat! She's made some valuable insights so far and I'm sure that I will trust her more as a therapist over time.

She was great at calming me down, creating a professional, open, kind and patient environment. She sent me work in between my sessions and responded to all my questions. I am very grateful and would definitely (already have) recommend her.
