I’ve had a few sessions with Rachel so far. They have all been great and I look forward to the next one. Rachel is easy to talk with, she checks in with you. Being one of my first experiences with counseling it is way better than I imagined. The flexibility of doing it remotely and around schedule that works for all is great. It doesn’t add extra stress to have to leave work to drive and go meet with someone. I feel heard and supported so far!

Rachel cares, and demonstrates a clear understanding of situations and relationships. She is a great listener and an amazing therapist to work with as I gain clarity on my issues from our interactions. An amazing individual.
