I am licensed in Michigan with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence and coping with life changes. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (ADHD). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I work to provide an environment that is also honest and appropriately challenging to elicit growth.
