I see counseling as a process in which you, the client, and I, the counselor, have come to understand and trust one another. We will work as a team to explore and define present problems, and situations, develop future goals for improved life and work systematically toward realizing those goals.
I have a Clinical general and Telehealth practice focusing on individual clients, couples, family issues and the military population. I have been super happy with the energy and communication that we have. Very calm, good at listening, also good at helping you sort the problems on your own with just some small cues. Very glad to have met Debbie.

I really enjoyed working with Debbie. She helped my son manage anxiety and anger, and she helped me to interact and parent my son. She is a good listener, and when I felt stuck or not sure what I wanted to say, she jumps in with great lead questions. She is friendly and fun, and I would highly recommend her. I miss talking to her!!

I have only had a few sessions with Debbie and so far I am extremely pleased. She respectful, caring, undertstanding and listening to everything I say and has given helpful advice on ways to cope. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing services.

Debbie has been my therapist for six months now and has done so much for me in such little time. This past year I have had a lot of things change in my life, which I don't take well. But with Debbie as my therapist, I was able to grow from everything changing in my life. After meeting with her weekly I truly feel like a changed person. I have learned so many healthy coping mechanisms and have learned why I am the way I am, which has helped me grow and heal a lot of trauma. On top of her being a great therapist, she is also just a great person in general. She makes sure to get to know you and remember the little things, she also makes you extremely comfortable talking with her about anything. I would recommend her to literally anyone.
