Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kijana Taylor. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I am so grateful I was able to speak with Kijana and she let me know I was not alone nor was I flawed in ways I thought before. She has a gentle way of offering her guidance and her knowledge on trauma to help those who need it most. It can be hard to talk to someone about real impactful moments in our life but I was ready and Kijana was there to listen and help. She helped me think about things in such a different way that was simple yet somehow I hadn’t realized before. I appreciate the way she listens and validates how I felt while offering real methods of how to think and analyze what has happened instead in a way I hadn’t before. Thank you Kijana for your support.

Kijana's approach is with kindness and empathy. She raises questions for me to think about that has given me some clarity and breakthroughs that I have not had with other therapists. She genuinely cares and that's such a rare quality to find from people in general. Thank you for your support so far Kijana!!!!
