Matt is an excellent listener and is able to distill multiple conversation threads into a single thought pattern that's easy to understand. He's very patient, attentive and is very good at creating a safe and unassuming space in which you can express yourself. He is open to being challenged and receptive to different points of view. I've enjoyed working with him thus far.
