Stacey Langley, LISW
About me
Hello! My name is Stacey and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over six years of experience providing therapy services. Prior to that, I have worked with individuals and families as a behavioral health intervention specialist and a domestic abuse advocate.
I primarily work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges and/or struggling with managing emotions, stress, and anger.
I received my undergraduate and masters degree in Social Work at the University of South Dakota. My approach to therapy is warm, interactive, and client centered. I consider the client/therapist relationship to be one of the most important things in counseling. I believe clients are the experts on their lives and I am here to support and empower you. I aim to assist clients in learning the strategies and coping skills best tailored to their individual situation. I draw my approach from a combination of styles; trauma-focused, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy.
