Esther is warm and caring. She is also incredible insightful in a way that surprises me as I have been in therapy for years with other therapists and have only seen her a few times. She is gentle but also incredibly knowledgeable. Her method is to help build you up, which has been incredible helpful for me.

Esther is very supportive and listens to my concerns with no judgement. She never pressures you into following a specific method and encourages you adopt coping skills that work for YOU. Highly recommend :)

Esther is understanding and encouraging, a great listener, able to reframe my ideas and provide routes of thinking that offer solutions, as well as offering additional tools and exercises. She is communicative and responsive in the messaging platform, and even sends supportive and encouraging messages outside of our sessions throughout the week. I would recommend her highly.
