I'm not big on writing reviews because a lot of the time I think there paid for...but in this case I had to write something! I truly appreciate and am very blown away by the fact that I've been to three sessions and John and in such a short time, with his help I'm slowly coming out of a PTSD episode that I've been in for two months. I have never had such an affective counselor before thanks John...Semper Fi

John is the man! Excellent person to talk to , judgment free, and it matters so, so much. Because as tough as it is to be able to accept that therapy is needed, it’s great to know that someone is willing to listen to who you are, and what you may be all about. I would 100% recommend John Lara to everybody.
