I use scientifically supported techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, schema therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My specialities include working with adults who are going through hard life changes, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, or who are just trying to figure out who they are. I really enjoy getting to know what makes my clients unique as people and then using this to help tackle whatever is sucking the fun out of life. One of the first things we can do in therapy is explore how you view the world and what the ingredients are to the problems bothering you. We'll make a plan together that feels right to you and is at the pace you need it to be. During each session, I want you to feel heard and cared about.
